Hello ever body Hello,
I always thought that the following words were great for raising children. Hope you like it. It could also be used in our own lives. As long as the thoughts are good one.
A single thought can change the direction of my life,
for a thought held long enough becomes an attitude,
and an attitude held long enough becomes a behavior.
Later,
Peter

Sure, anytime. If you liked that one I'll try to send you more. I call them "frig.notes" because from time to time Cheryl brings them home from the hospital and uses magnets to mount them on the refrigerator.

ReplyDeleteMOST KIDS HEAR WHAT YOU SAY; SOME KIDS DO WHAT YOU SAY; BUT ALL KIDS DO WHAT YOU DO.

Wow..both are very awesome.
ReplyDeleteI have an inspriational story to share:
I received this on the internet as a PowerPoint Presentation:
There is a "Downs Syndrome" boy who is in high school and works at his local grocery store. He always knew that he was diffent from everyone else and expressed his concern to his boss. His boss told him, one day, that anybody can "Make a Difference". The boy took the statement to heart and began thinking of differnt ways that he could make a difference.
The boy's job at the grocery store was a bagger so he decided that each night, he would come up with a "Saying of the Day". He would print up his "Saying of the Day" on strips of paper and would deposit one in each bag each day.
As days, weeks and then months went on, the owner of the store noticed that there was a very significant increase in his sales and the amount of people who were coming into the store.
As he walked in one day, he noticed that there was a very, very long waiting line at one of the registers and he immediately called for more cashiers.
To his suprise, none of the shoppers switched to the other open lanes...do you know why???
It's because they all wanted to know what the boy's "Saying of the Day" was going to be. What a difference that boy made!!!!!
I love this story...it is encouraging and indeed proof that anyone really "CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE"!!
Love y'all,
C
well C that is definately one of inspiration,

P.S. Do y'all really think that I'm weird??? Forget it, I don't really want to know what y'all think!!!! HAHAHAHAHHA
Celena, I don't think you are weird. Truly I don't. You are just the sibling that takes all the S _ _ T from ever one else. Every family has one. But that makes you a very special sibling. Because of it you get that much more attention than any one else. And you take it so well it don't seem to bother you. But if it bothers you I for one will stop. Tell the truth now do you want to loose all that attention. Please let me know and I'll stop fore you surely don't deserve it. You are no weirder than the rest of us.
ReplyDeleteSincerely,
LUV-U,
Peter
