NOW I'M GOING TO TRY PICTURES

>> Cheryl and I took Mike and Aleena on a swamp tour. Neither of them had ever seen a real swamp. We went to Lake Martin which is between Lafayette and Breaux Bridge. These are the pictures we took on that trip. It was beautiful out there even though the weather was chilly and it was cloudy. Hope you enjoy them.

  2. >> Actually, if you might remember, we have a small swamp on the U.L. campus which we used to go to on a regular basis. So we had no need to see a larger swamp. And when and where did you ever go into a swamp?? I don't think there are any swamps "Down The Baya." None that I know of anyway.

    >> Steve loved the trip into the swamp. We all took many pictures and videos. It was a lot of fun. And the guy who gave us the tour was great. We had some people on the tour from out of country who spoke French. So he would talk to us in English then repeat himself in French for their benefit. It was really nice and very informative. I learned a lot I didn't know about the swamp and the vegitation that survives there.

    >> That's it for now. Talk to you Later, LUV-U,
